Section G: Agreement


All payments are monthly in advance. Connection time is usually five (5) working days, however City Cable will not accept responsibility or liability for any delays beyond its control. In addition, and specifically, City Cable will not accept financial responsibility, or take any liability for any cabling faults, building connection faults, cabling deficiencies, or cable-breaks to apartments. Customers must confirm that they have read, and understood, these Terms & Conditions.

I acknowledge that I have understood the above, and that it is also my responsibility to check for changes to Terms & Conditions from time to time on the City Cable web site. I am also willing to accept full liability for the payment of all charges billed to my account using this Internet Service, and I accept sole responsibility for all usage of my account, irrespective of whether such usage is deliberate or negligent, and agree to be held responsible for the supervision any minors using my Internet Service & take full responsibility for any subsequent charges that may arise from any misuse. I am over 18 years of age.

Usage in excess of 30 GB a month may be subject to traffic-shaping down to 64K. All plan changes or cancellations must be advised by email fourteen (14) days and thirty (30) days in advance, respectively, complete with Usernames and Passwords for verification purposes.

* Excess over-data usage is charged at $0.15 / MB, and capped at $199.
