It was via email or raising the support ticket and when I had an intermittent outage (it was not related to them), it was due to the Wholesale provider did not change the IP details when I did the switch, this company's support team followed up and ensured the root cause was identified and fixed it. Only recommendation is, the process of raising a support ticket - if that can be made a bit more user-friendly for non-IT or old age people, otherwise I am happy with their service so far."
