A frozen video call, a spinning streaming app and every device dropping offline at once usually point to more than weak Wi‑Fi. Before you spend an hour restarting things at random, use this practical process to troubleshoot nbn connection outage issues and work out whether the fault is inside your home, on the NBN network or with your provider.

Start by confirming what has stopped working
